主讲人简介：

上海对外经贸大学统计与信息学院经济统计系教授，上海财经大学统计学博士，美国俄亥俄州立大学统计系访问学者，复旦大学经济学院访问学者，上海数量经济学会理事，上海统计局高聘委专家组成员。主要研究方向为空间统计学在社会经济中的应用及数量经济学。曾在国内外重要期刊发表论文30多篇，主持国家社科基金一般项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、教育部人文社科项目、上海市软科学重点项目、全国统计项目、上海市决策咨询项目等多项省部级及国家级课题。曾获得上海财经大学优秀博士论文，河南省科技进步奖1项，上海市决策咨询二等奖2项以及全国流动人口动态监测数据应用成果二等奖1项、 全国应用统计专业学位研究生教育教学成果二等奖1项。主持发布的上海区县转型发展指数、长江经济带转型发展指数曾被中央政府网站、经济日报、新浪网等多家媒体转载。

讲座摘要：

This report constructs a geographically and temporally weighted regression model (GTWR) with covariates containing linear additive measurement errors . Under the assumption that the error term and the measurement error are independent of each other, this paper presents a corrected locally weighted least squares estimation and proves its consistency and asymptotic normality. Finally, the proposed method was evaluated through simulation studies.
