主讲人简介:

  何迎东,天津大学管理与经济学部副教授,主要研究领域为质量管理与质量工程(试验设计、关键质量特性识别、在线数据监控、稳健参数设计与优化),预测与决策分析(组合预测、模糊数学、多属性决策、群决策)。在IISE Transactions、European Journal of Operational Research、IEEE Transactions on Reliability、IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems、Reliability Engineering & System Safety、International Journal of Production Economics、 International Journal of Production Research和Frontiers of Engineering Management等期刊发表论文30余篇,主持国家自然科学基金面上和青年项目、天津市自然科学基金重点项目和横向课题等十余项;曾获得天津市社会科学优秀成果二等奖、管理科学与工程学会优秀博士学位论文和亚太工业工程学会优秀论文等。担任管理科学与工程学会工业工程与管理分会副秘书长等。


讲座摘要:

  This presentation includes our latest research of quality monitoring and optimization. For quality monitoring, we proposed a Markov chain-based bi-channel dynamic topic model, which incorporates initial customer reviews and additional reviews to reflect topic shifts caused by customer experience perception. For quality optimization, we proposed a set response surface methodology to solve the wrinkle and crack problem of the inner plate of the back door; To solve the multiple response optimization involving conflicting responses using desirability functions under interval preference parameter, we consider that qualified uncertainties of marginally qualified responses can lead to preference parameters, and proposed an intuitionistic fuzzy desirability function method. Case studies were undertaken to verify the effectiveness of the proposed optimization strategy.
